About Us
What began as a sheet metal trading business now spans cutting, bending, welding, sandblasting and powder coating at our facilities in İzmir and Manisa.
Milestones
- 1985
Our company was founded by Naim TÜMER as TÜMER TİCARET. Starting out in sheet metal sales, we grew into supplying semi-finished products to the iron and steel sector through investment in guillotine shears and press brakes.
- 1995
We incorporated as “TÜMER METAL ÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ” and over the following years increased our sheet metal processing capacity with guillotine shears and press brakes of various capacities.
- 2005
We brought in a Flow water jet, from the world leader in its field. It was the first water jet machine working in Turkish industry, and it made it possible to cut any known material under CNC control for our customers.
- 2008
We added a Trumpf 4000 W laser cutting machine, CNC press brakes and CNC guillotine shears to our machine park. In the same year we certified our production quality with ISO 9001:2008.
- 2012
We opened our Manisa factory in the Muradiye medium-sized industrial zone, on an 8,000 m² site with 4,000 m² under roof, and equipped it as a sheet metal processing center with a Trumpf 6000 W laser, a 220 ton CNC press brake and welding machines.
- 2015
We launched our electrostatic powder coating and sandblasting plant at the Manisa factory. Its 2000 × 2500 × 12500 mm oven allows us to coat wide and long parts.
- 2016
We commissioned a robotic powder coating line with automatic washing and drying for series production.
Guided by customer satisfaction, we have built our work on high quality and fast solutions, backed by a wide machine park and an experienced team.
